Privacy Policy

Website contact information reviewed October 2026. Business privacy terms remain subject to review.

Using this website

This website is a static information site with one online form: the quote request form. There is no live messaging service. If visitor measurement is enabled it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Online quote requests

When you submit the quote form, the details you enter (name, company, contact details, site suburb, machine and term preferences, notes and, if you choose to attach it, your Site Brief) are sent to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, stored securely so we can respond, and emailed to Ecolift Rentals Pty Ltd. We use them only to prepare and follow up your quote. The form records the time of submission and your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not sell or share these details with third parties, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Local planning tools

The planning tools run in your browser. When you complete a tool, its inputs and result summary may be saved in this browser’s local storage to create your Site Brief. They are not sent to Ecolift by this website. Use “Clear brief” on the Site Brief page or clear your browser’s site data to remove them. You choose whether to share a printed or saved brief when contacting us.

Email and telephone enquiries

If you email or call Ecolift Rentals Pty Ltd, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details and equipment requirements. We use it to respond to your enquiry and arrange quotes, delivery, servicing and hire administration. Relevant information may be shared with the supplying dealer network, professional advisers or service providers to fulfil those purposes or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and external links

The hosting operator may keep ordinary access and security logs, including IP addresses, requested pages and request times. Retention and handling depend on the hosting service chosen by the operator. External links, including video links, open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Those services are contacted only when you choose to open a link.
