What we collect

When you request a quote, contact us, or use our chat, we may collect: your name, company name and ABN, phone number, email address, site suburb, and details about your equipment requirements (loads, lift heights, power supply, hours of use). We collect this directly from you.

Why we collect it

• To assess which equipment suits your site and prepare quotes
• To arrange delivery, servicing and support of hired equipment
• To respond to enquiries and administer hire agreements
• To meet legal obligations (including equipment inspection records under Victorian OHS regulations, and PPSR registration of hired assets)

Who we share it with

We share relevant details with the supplying dealer network solely to arrange delivery, servicing and support of your equipment; with credit reporting services where you apply for a hire agreement; and with professional advisers or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how the site is used (analytics). We may also use these to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works without non-essential cookies. If we enable a live-chat widget, the chat provider may set its own cookies covered by its privacy policy.

Storage and security

Information is stored on secured systems (including cloud services which may store data outside Australia) and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — hire, service and inspection records are retained for the periods required by Victorian regulations.
