Content on this site — including specifications, comparisons and guides — is general information prepared for Melbourne businesses considering forklift hire. It is not site-specific advice. Equipment specifications are based on manufacturer documentation for standard configurations; the load chart and documentation supplied with a delivered machine always govern its safe use.

Pricing is indicative

All rates shown are indicative from-rates, exclusive of GST, based on the stated term and configuration, and subject to site assessment, annual hours, configuration and credit approval. They are an invitation to obtain a quote, not an offer. A binding price arises only under a signed hire agreement.

Hire agreements

Equipment hire is governed by a separate written hire agreement, not by this website. Nothing on this site limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by or licensed to Ecolift Rentals Pty Ltd. Manufacturer brochures, product names and trademarks (EP Equipment, BYD) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products. Some scene imagery is an illustrative visualisation of our fleet configuration and is labelled as such.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded.
