Forklift FitCheck · early shortlist
Which forklift fits your actual load and site?
Capacity alone is not enough. This screen also asks how deep the load is, how high it travels, what power is at the charging point and whether the mast must work inside a container.
Your result appears here without asking for an email address.
Shortlist
This result intentionally stops short of declaring a forklift “safe” or “approved”. We confirm residual capacity, aisle geometry, floor/ramp limits, clearance and charging installation before a machine is supplied.
What it catches
Useful hard stops
Loads above rated capacity, requested lift above the configured mast, container work without confirmed full free lift, incompatible charging-supply class and unsealed-ground work outside this fleet’s stated use case.
Why load depth matters
A forklift’s nominal rating commonly assumes a specified load centre. A deeper load moves its centre of gravity forward, so the nameplate capacity cannot simply be applied unchanged.
Read the capacity guide →Why the answer stays conditional
Residual capacity depends on the exact mast, height, attachment, forks and load geometry. The delivered machine’s data plate and load chart—not this website—control the final decision.

Send the entered load and site facts with the result; we’ll check the delivered configuration and load chart.
