Charging readiness · pre-delivery screen
Will the forklift charger work at your site?
A three-phase outlet somewhere in the building is not the same as a confirmed charging point. Check the broad supply match, location, electrician confirmation and time available to charge.
You get a readiness status and a practical next-action list.
Charging status
Electrical safety: only a licensed electrician can confirm that a charging installation is suitable and compliant. Do not use an extension lead or adapter as a substitute for the required circuit and connector.
Important boundary
This is a workflow check, not electrical advice
10A is not 15A
The EFL181’s listed Australian setup uses a dedicated 15A single-phase outlet. A common 10A general-purpose outlet is not treated as interchangeable.
“Three-phase” is incomplete
Voltage, current, connector, protection, isolation and charger placement must all match the supplied charger and installation requirements.
Duty still matters
An electrically compatible charger can still be the wrong operational setup if daily energy use exceeds the battery and available charging window.
Photograph the outlet before delivery day.
Send the charging check with the final model enquiry, then have a licensed electrician confirm the installation.
